Introduction to Watercolor
These classes cover a variety of techniques including painting wet in wet, and wet on dry while also learning basic and versatile brush strokes applicable to any project.

Adult Classes
Our 2 hour adult class includes everything you need. We will complete 2 projects starting with an overview of basic techniques that anyone can do and turn into a fun piece of art that you can do again on your own at home. The skills learned in these classes will jumpstart your watercolor practice and give you the confidence to keep painting..

Private Events
Would you like to host your own painting party? Painting parties are fun, low stress and a great bonding experience. Painting in groups provides an experience of shared creativity that makes art feel more approachable and enjoyable. Contact me below to have the Travel Palette at your next gathering.
Not an Artist?
Not possible! Anyone who makes art is an artist. Do you think "real" artists love every painting they make? Absolutely not, so why hold yourself to that standard. Everyone starts somewhere, Joy while creating is the true goal, not a gallery worthy finished product.
I began painting with absolutley no experience or natural "Talent" I am convinced anyone can learn to love the art they make and the more opportunities we give ourselves to be creative the more fulfilling the practice is.
5 Week Progresive Classes
Each week we will build on the previous weeks lesson. We will go over everthing from what supplies you need, tecniques specific to watercolor, tube paint vs. pans, types of paper, color mixing, color theory and more!
- Week 1: Supplies, wet on wet/wet on dry, brush drills and strokes
- Week 2: Color Mixing and Color Theory
- Week 3: Basics of Composition
- Week 4: Layering and Glazing
- Week 5: Using a reference photo of your choice to create a frameable piece of art
